The Weekly Vlog 2016 | Edition #26 | L.A. Vacation
Every year we go on a family vacation in July, and this year we let Jake pick the location, since he turned 18 this summer AND graduated from high school in June. His first pick was Montreal, but the airline tickets we priced out were outrageous, so we asked him to come up with plan B, and he chose Los Angeles. There are a TON of fun things to do in Los Angeles, and we decided to play tourist and do as many “touristy” things as we could that we hadn’t done before. As you might be able to tell in the picture above, we went to Santa Monica Pier for a ride on the iconic ferris wheel, then went to Venice Beach to see the wacky and wild scene there.

I also listed in the video description box all the usual stuff-what I wore, what makeup I brought, but also some of our favorite restaurants where we ate. And boy did we eat!!
