MAJOR Handbag Sales Going On!

The end of July means MEGA-sales are hitting us left and right.  A girl could lose her mind (and her bank balance) if she shops at all of them.  To keep my sanity (and my pocketbook full), I try to only buy items that I can use throughout the year, not just for the last remaining days of summer.  A great investment piece is a handbag, and two of my favorite brands for that are  and .  I’ve put together a list of suggestions (almost all of which I actually own myself).  Don’t wait too long to shop-most sales will end by August 1st (if not sooner) and many of the bags will sell out!  Scroll down to get a couple of great coupon codes, too!

I actually own every single one of these (not always the same color) except for two: the GiGi New York Hayden Satchel and the Elaine Turner Caroline Tote.  Both of these have been on my wish list for months, but I’m not sure if I want to get either of them on sale in the current color offerings or wait to pay full price for the fall 2015 versions.  What would you do?

  1. Hi Marnie, I love the Sabine, but wonder how much it droops when you’re carrying it. Any thoughts? The Python crossbody is another favorite of mine–it adds that something special to a basic jeans & T-shirt. Thanks for the post & your input!

  2. You can’t beat the deal on that Gigi Tangerine Uber Clutch! Love it! I wanted it in the embossed snake skin in purple, but it looks like it sold out. Bummer!

  3. The Hayden Satchel caught my eye immediately! The color is beautiful, a neutral & could be carried all yr, Its a smart looking bag & appears to be roomy as well.   4. Update: Gigi NY fixed the website so I was able to get the purple Uber Clutch because it showed that it was available.???????? I like neutral tones for everyday bags, so I would probably wait until Fall. I bet they’ll run a promotion or sale then too. Thanks for letting us know about all these great bags, Marnie!????
