Spring Dresses with Walmart

Warm weather is around the corner (actually here for those of us in the southern half of the United States) and it’s time to add a few more clothing items to the closet to freshen things up. I ordered two dresses from as well as two handbags to go with them and I am beyond thrilled with the fit and quality of them!

This first is from the and if you’ve ever thought you couldn’t wear a wrap dress, then you need to try this one. They’ve thought of ALL the details. First of all, the bottom layer wraps all the way around, so if the wind blows just right, or you sit down and cross your legs, even if it flaps open, you’re still completely covered. Secondly, the bodice has a hidden snap, so it’s secure where it crosses over on your chest. No matter how far you lean over, you have nothing to worry about. It also has incredible detail-the ruffles on the sleeves go all the way around, there are ruffles on the under layer of the wrap (on the skirt), and the length works for most people, as long as you’re willing to wear if you’re 5’4″ or shorter, like me. If this color combination isn’t your thing, the dress comes in others as well, it also comes in four other color combinations. And, as of March 18th, it’s on sale for $29.99! Even at full price it’s normally under $40, so it’s a great deal and a beautiful, fun dress. I’m wearing it in a size small, but it comes in sizes XS-XXXL.
The I chose to go with it is from another fun brand at -! A big trend for spring/summer is macrame and woven pieces. This cute brings those trends in at a very affordable option. I really like that the bag is lined with an zipped interior pouch so you don’t have to worry about your stuff falling out too!
The is definitely mixing two big trends for spring-safari style and the trench coat. When I saw this dress from Time and Tru online I knew I had to have it, but when it arrived and I felt the fabric I was amazed at how luxurious it felt. It’s SO soft-it’s 100% Lyocell which feels almost like a raw silk, so it just skims the body and drapes beautifully, but it’s also machine washable! I’m wearing it in a small, but again, it comes in sizes XS-XXXL and in three other colors as well if this red isn’t your thing. I also love how versatile the dress is. The buttons are fully functional, so I can choose how much leg to show or how high up I want to button it. I can also unbutton the whole dress and wear it trench coat style in the spring or fall over a tank top and skinny jeans. The belt is fully removable, so if I want to swap it out for something else I can do that too.
This can also be worn as a cross body or over the shoulder with the detachable matching strap. It comes in three other leather colors and two snakeskin colors as well. The top zips completely shut and also has an interior zip pocket. It can easily be worn all year round and it’s currently about $10!! You need to grab this while you can!
