Top 5 Viewer Favorites | October 2019 | MsGoldgirl
Every month on my YouTube channel I look back and see what the top sellers have been for beauty, clothing, accessories and lifestyle and share them with you. It’s a great way to see what my audience responds most to, and it’s also a great way to update you on what’s now on sale, what I’ve found that works better, and sometimes, what hasn’t worked out so well. Let’s take a look and see what were the Top 5 Viewer Favorites from October 2019 (and see if your favorites made the list)!
BEAUTY
1.
This set was sold out for awhile, but is now fully back in stock. The best part is that it includes a full size of my favorite lipstick shade, Impulsive (click to buy it individually), along with a full size liquid lipstick and smaller size lip pencil.
2
This limited edition gift set includes six shades of one of my favorite shimmer eyeshadows that can also be used on the cheeks and lips. A full size single shadow costs $25 and this set costs $34 for six. It’s a great deal!
3
I have mine in the shade “Old Rose”-it’s a hybrid between a lip balm and a lip stick, very moisturizing, elegant, and a little more elevated.
4. Revlon One Step Hair Dryer
I’ve been using mine non-stop since the beginning of the year and I don’t see myself going back to a traditional hair dryer anytime soon.
5
If you like the opacity of the Tarte Shape Tape concealer but found it too heavy, try this one. The formula is much lighter and not drying at all.
CLOTHING
I think it’s really interesting that four out five of the top sellers were from Walmart. And if you think they had great stuff last month, wait until you see what’s coming this month. Their new line, , is just incredible. I’m wearing an entire outfit from as I type this in a hotel lobby and people keep asking me where I got my clothes…I love the look on their faces when I tell them Walmart!
1
This was by far the most popular item, and since I ordered mine they’ve released it in more colors. Love the baby pink option!
2
I can’t stop wearing this. It goes with everything. I’ve worn it casual and dressed it up. If you buy one thing from Walmart, get this, you will NOT be disappointed.
3
If you wanted the Caslon Burnout sweatshirt from last year (or the year before) and missed out, try this one. At $10 it’s a steal!
4
I love a graphic tee, but this sweatshirt is even better. It’s super soft and thin enough to layer under a cardigan or blazer if you want to dress it up a little. I may have even slept in it once.
5. Camo Joggers
I thought these were a little out there, but since they made it into the top 5 I guess I was wrong! They come in two color combos-blue/grey or pink/olive.
ACCESSORIES
1. Madewell Sneaker
If you’re looking for a comfortable sneaker that can double as more of a walking shoe, this is the one.
2. Vegan Flap Messenger Bag
I can’t stop raving about this bag-it’s great for travel, has exterior pockets, a zip closure, and a nice wide strap so it doesn’t dig into your shoulder. They just released a new that perfectly matches the bag if you want a more streamlined look.
3. Quilted Slip On Sneaker
I have it in the olive green and it’s comfortable with or without socks. I love the memory foam insoles. It’s also available in black, white, maroon or silver.
4
I picked this up on a trip to St. Louis and I’m so glad I did. It looks like a beautiful suede bootie but it also happens to be waterproof. I can wear it all weather and not worry about ruining my shoes!
5. No Tie Shoelaces
I love the no-lace look but I hate the feeling of tucking in my shoelaces. These silicone faux laces solve the problem!
LIFESTYLE
1. Erin Condren Petite Travel Journal
If you’ve always wanted to journal but can’t commit, this is the perfect compromise. Just like the name suggests, it’s tiny and gives you the perfect prompts to document your travel experiences.
2. Riki Skinny Mini Vanity Mirror
This is on my holiday wish list. I love gadgets and this one has the added bonus of being able to stick your cell phone to the middle of the mirror and take selfies in perfect lighting. Who wouldn’t want this?
3. Silicone Heat Resistant Pouch
I have two of these-one for my and one for my T3 curling iron. I use it to store them and also to set them down on while I’m using them so I don’t ruin my bathroom countertops. Perfect for traveling too.
4. Trapp Orange Clove Candle
This is such an incredible fall scent. I always have one burning this time of year and one as a backup. Now that November is here I’ve moved on to my new favorite,Hearth, which has scents of cinnamon stick, gingerbread, bourbon vanilla, nutmeg and clove. YUM
5. The Bookish Life of Nina Hill
This book was an absolute gem. It’s a fun, feel good book that didn’t go too quickly. As soon as I finished it I ordered everything else the author wrote and promptly read them too. Loved them all!
