Ulta 21 Days of Beauty Recommendations

Ulta 21 Days of BeautyThe twice-annual is right around the corner, and I’ve had quite a few requests for my personal recommendations.  I’ve gone through the list, and the only products I will recommend are ones I’ve actually tried myself OR someone I implicitly trust uses and loves the product. So, if your favorite item isn’t listed, it’s not because there’s something wrong with it-I just don’t know enough about it to give it my stamp of approval. If you see something is left out that you think the world needs to know about, PLEASE mention it in the comments! At up to 50% off, you can’t pass up these bargains!! There are 3 different categories: (they’re available every day during the event), (those are only on sale for one specific day only) and the (pretty self-explanatory).

If you’re a Platinum or Diamond Perks member, these Beauty Steals ship free through April 7th. It’s three weeks of beauty junkie heaven, so let’s take a look at my picks!!

Lorac Pro Palette 3 $22 (online only)
Of all the Pro Palettes, this one is my favorite in terms of color selection. The longevity has some hits and misses, but at this price point it’s definitely worth grabbing!

March 19
It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Pressed Anti-Aging Finishing Powder $14.50
I literally JUST finished my compact and put it aside for an empties video. With hot weather right around the corner, this should live in your purse for the next 6 months!

Origins Ginzing SPF 40 Energy-Boosting Tinted Moisturizer $19 (online only)
This is a cult classic for a reason! I’ve gone through numerous sample sizes of this-I think it’s time for me to pull the trigger!

March 21
Persona Identity Palette $16 (online only)
I have this palette and reach for it all the time. The colors were designed for brown eyes but great on everyone since they’re a warm-ish neutral selection.

Proactiv Emergency Blemish Relief $10
My youngest son uses this stuff and swears buy it. We’ve purchased quite a few tubes at the full price!

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Water $16
Everyone who uses this swears by it-not just as a primer, but to set and refresh makeup too. This one is on my personal shopping list!

WEEK TWO

March 25

It brushes are amazing. Get this. The end.

If you don’t already have a contour palette, this is a great one to have-and works well on face and eyes!

Kopari Coconut Melt $14
Everyone swears by this stuff-everyone. Makeup remover, moisturizer, hair mask, shaving cream…what can’t this stuff do?

Stila Convertible Color $12.50 (online only)
Every makeup artist loves this as a cream blush, including the Queen, Lisa Eldridge.

March 29
Smashbox Full Exposure Travel Palette $12.50 (online)
I have this and love it. If you get ONE thing from the sale, get this!

March 30-Happy Birthday to Me!
Peter Thomas Roth Un-Wrinkle Peel Pads $22.50
IF I could still use glycolic acid without breaking out, I would get this in a heartbeat. These pads also contain salicylic and lactic acids, along with a whole bunch of good-for-your-skin stuff.

March 31
Anastasia Brow Wiz $10.50
I’ll be honest-the spoolie always breaks off for me. But-at $10.50, it’s worth it-drugstore pencils cost the same and aren’t as good!

My two favorites from this line are the Drying Lotion (now in a plastic bottle) and the Facial Spray with aloe & rosewater.

I wouldn’t recommend this at full-price, but at 50% off it’s definitely worth it!

This concealer is amazing. I’ve used it for the undereye and blemishes, and I go back to it all the time!

  1. Nice to see this post, however it is 9 months after the promotion. There is one going on now that I would love to see what is on sale ad I have not had access to that information.
